Jump Rope Workouts that you can do from Home!

Try these jump rope workouts that you can do from home!  Easy and quick to do, that will definitely bring you results.

My only recommendations are to make sure you get a "high speed jump rope."  I tried using my children's jump rope and it really isn't the same, it's hard and difficult since they are too small and made more for children and fun.  High Speed jump ropes are as long as 9" and may be found amazon for less than $10 in a variety of colors.  The one that I love and find works wonderful for me, may be found on the top right of my site, where it says "my favorite home workouts and equipment;" affordable, light weight, and easy to use! :)

You will need the following:

• Kettlebell (5 lbs to 8 lbs will work great)

Life with kids is not easy.  I tried going to the gym, but it isn't easy with two small kids, especially in the summer time.  Therefore, I have found my own way to workout from home using a variety of workouts and easy to use home equipment, that has brought unbelievable results for me, while sticking to my Nutritional Weight Loss Plan.  

I've received so many questions and emails, that I have decided to compile my recommendations below:

1) Jump Roping (Above you may find my favorite high speed jump ropes to use and Jump rope video).  Jump roping everyday for 15-20 minutes a day is the best and simplest form of exercise you can do to start a healthy lifestyle and feel results!

2) Focus T25 Workout (I just started this challenge, T25...a blend of Shaun T's Insanity with Hip Hop Abs and other bootcamp workouts. Perfect exercise for the stay home or work from home mom, or busy individual or executive. Workout everyday for just 25 minutes a day from home or in your office, 5 days a week, for 10 weeks along with a healthy weight loss plan and loose an average of 20-30 lbs and (or) shed inches and drop dress sizes). 

 3) Kettlebell Exercises (I love squatting with my kettlebell everyday and occasionally doing other great exercises on the Jillian Michael's video listed above).  I use a 5 lb kettlebell for my squats 3x a week.

 4) Tone It Up (The ladies on this video have great workouts that are sure to burn your belly their workouts for burning belly fat!)
