Life with kids is not easy. I tried going to the gym, but it isn't easy with two small kids, especially in the summer time. Therefore, I have found my own way to workout from home using a variety of workouts and easy to use home equipment, that has brought unbelievable results for me, while sticking to my Nutritional Weight Loss Plan.
I've received so many questions and emails, that I have decided to compile my recommendations below:
1) Jump Roping (Above you may find my favorite high speed jump ropes to use and Jump rope video). Jump roping everyday for 15-20 minutes a day is the best and simplest form of exercise you can do to start a healthy lifestyle and feel results!
2) Focus T25 Workout (I just started this challenge, T25...a blend of Shaun T's Insanity with Hip Hop Abs and other bootcamp workouts. Perfect exercise for the stay home or work from home mom, or busy individual or executive. Workout everyday for just 25 minutes a day from home or in your office, 5 days a week, for 10 weeks along with a healthy weight loss plan and loose an average of 20-30 lbs and (or) shed inches and drop dress sizes).
3) Kettlebell Exercises (I love squatting with my kettlebell everyday and occasionally doing other great exercises on the Jillian Michael's video listed above). I use a 5 lb kettlebell for my squats 3x a week.
4) Tone It Up (The ladies on this video have great workouts that are sure to burn your belly fat...love their workouts for burning belly fat!)
